Our 2025 - 2026 Program Year Is Well underway!

A reduced half year membership rate is now available covering all MCFR events for the winter & spring of 2026.  Click the "Join Us (1/2 yr)" tab above to enroll and enjoy an exciting lineup of interesting and informative events. 

MCFR continues to negotiate and plan additional speakers / events for the Program Year.  A few of the events that have been confirmed:

  • Dec 10 - Winter Social at Octopi Brewing with presentations by members of the Japan America Society of Wisconsin.
  • Jan 21 - Jonathan Patz, Director of the Global Health Institute at UW, will speak on Global Health interventions in an era of Climate Change.
  • Feb 11 - Marie Yovanovich, former Ambassador to Ukraine, will speak on the situation in Ukraine.
  • March 10 - Daniel Rosenblum, former Ambassador to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan will speak on Central Asian Nations attempting to balance relationships with other nations and deal with global issues. 
  • April TBD - Jorge Guarjardo, former Mexican Ambassador to China, will speak on China-Mexico-US trade relations
